Jarrod Wells and Billy Jones who sought to play a mix of early 80's thrash metal blended with elements of death metal that seemed to be scarce in their local scene on the Central Coast NSW. Since the bands formation in 2010, Abacination has already supported nationally and internationally acclaimed heavy metal acts.

December 2012 saw Abacination's first lead guitarist, Mitch Izzard, leave the band to pursue other interests. 2013 looks to be a good year for Abacination. With a demo recently released, recent line up changes and plans to start recording a full length album towards the end of the year, Abacination's future now looks brighter and better than ever!
