Australian thrash metal played raw and aggressive, for fans of Sepultura, Kreator, Sodom etc, Cerebral Contortion formed in Newcastle NSW mid 2007 with the lineup of Adam Cinelli (drums), Keiran Hockey (lead bass,backing vocals) and Tynan Reid (guitar,vocals). Cameron Turner joined in 2009 on lead guitars adding an extra layer of dynamics whilst Kieran Hockey left the band in 2010 and was replaced with Matt McIntyre

With the recruitment of Cameron Turner on lead guitar and Matt McIntyre taking over bass duties Cerebral has been stronger than ever.

Cerebral has recently release their first full lenth album, Brain Damage. The album is fast, aggressive and unrestrained and brings back sounds and influences fron the early days of thrash. Suitable for any metal heads who like their metal thrashing, raw and abbraisive.
