If you went down darkened stairs to a Whisky Bar, which used to be an old Porno theatre, KILL SHOTT would be the house band in that smoke hazed, sticky carpeted place you wanted to call home. Born out of a time when Rock was honest and musicians didn’t have day jobs – living off groupies, drinking someone else’s beer, and never seeing a sunrise (unless it was on their way home, or getting out of town FAST!). Stale cigarette smoke and Marshall Stacks……

The self-titled KILL SHOTT E.P. makes you want to turn it over looking to play the next side of some precious vinyl gem. Vocalist Ted “Crawl” Dempsey sounds sweaty and alive on your speakers, just like their live shows that finish with him a soaked pile of hair and denim on the stage floor, having left nothing behind as he emptied his rock soul into the microphone (and your ears). He will leave you singing “Hunt you down” at the top of your lungs as you drive home red-eyed and sweating yourself. Ted takes you there. Air-Guitarists world wide will rejoice as Chris Gunslinger rides into town. Deadly flick knife solos flash through the tracks, lighting up KILL SHOTT like barroom neon. By the time the gun-smoke clears and the saloon doors have finished swinging on this E.P., you will know a real gunslinger was in town, and you just have to press the play button again to call for your favourite outlaw gun. “Don’t Waste Your Time” could be the title of Tommy Sunset’s biography. Friend of hookers and strippers everywhere, Mr. Sunset plays bass like he does his women - until there is nothing left! Running eye-liner, ripped jeans and boots, 100 proof bootleg bass played by a guy with the dirtiest rock’n’roll soul no angel can touch. Nick Caligula is degeneration and debauchery on drums. Caligula is a fully blown V8 muscle car, in no way street legal, powering KILL SHOTT through their set. His relentless beat and fills kick their way through you like the dirtiest barroom brawler, pounding you, daring you to take more punishment.

KILL SHOTT has been making serious waves in the Melbourne Hard Rock Scene. Influenced by bands like Skid Row, Whitesnake, Ratt, Ozzy Osbourne, Treat, Hardcore Superstar and Guns ‘N Roses, KILL SHOTT have an authentic hard rock sound, with big hooks, catchy choruses and a killer live show that is guaranteed to blow audience’s hair back.

KILL SHOTT – For those times when you have just told your boss to go fuck himself, need a shot of whisky, a dirty woman and an even dirtier Rock’n’Roll band. See you at the bar.
