Messiam are a  metal band from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Boasting a diverse musical style from extreme metal to rap and heavy grooves, Messiam has one of the most unique sounds in metal today.

Formed in 2007/08 with many line up changes like Rob Stanley (now solo artist before Inhailed and Dead Kelly) and Lindsay Connolly (briefly Glitchstream) and in a transition period currently, the band now consists of founding member Brad "Brommy" Bromfield (vox), Lindsay "Cogz" Connolly (drums) and Nathan "Garbles" Richardson (guitar).

In 2012, Messiam released their Debut EP which was launched with launch the NZ band Devilskin. Their music is featured in a horror movie ("Come and Get Me") and in another film called ("Picnic"). New material is in the works and gigs are planned for the second half of 2013.
